Oura Session Export Format

The Oura Session Export contains information on how users engage with guided and unguided sessions in the Oura app, including the wearer's biometric trends during the sessions. 

  • File Prefix: OuraSession
  • Heart Rate File Prefix (CSV Format Only): OuraSessionHeartRate
  • Hrv File Prefix (CSV Format Only): OuraSessionHeartRateVariability
  • Motion Count File Prefix (CSV Format Only): OuraSessionMotionCount
